The ProOnMe buyer guide

Buyer’s journey

From a clear project brief to work you’re ready to accept. Find your freelancer, book with confidence, and keep every step together.

YOUR FIRST PROJECT

Six steps. One clear journey.

Agree the work first. Confirm the payment. Accept only after reviewing delivery.

  1. 01

    Create your buyer account

Choose “Buyer · I want to hire” when you sign up. Confirm your email, then submit your personal details, ID and selfie. Account features become available after identity approval.

  2. 02

Write and share your job brief

Explain what you need, the deliverables, your preferred date, budget and any reference files. ProOnMe currently uses direct service bookings—not a public job-posting board. Share your brief privately with a selected seller before booking.

  3. 03

    Find the right freelancer

Browse Services lets you search by keyword, category and specialty, then compare scope, price, delivery time and revisions. To find someone you already know, sign in and open Find Freelancers, then type at least two letters of their name.

  4. 04

    Agree the scope in chat

Select Message seller on the service to open that conversation directly. Discuss requirements and send photos or videos privately. In-house offers are clearly labeled as ProOnMe studios; their replies come from the platform team.

  5. 05

    Fund your balance and book

In Wallet & Deposits, request a USDT-TRC20 or USDC-BEP20 address. Wait for approval, transfer the correct asset on the exact network, then report the amount and transaction hash. An administrator must confirm the deposit before you can book. Select Book service, enter the requested date and requirements, and pay from sufficient confirmed balance.

  6. 06

    Review delivery, accept and rate

Track the booking under My Orders and collaborate in Messages. Review the seller’s delivery before accepting it. Acceptance releases the reserved payment to the seller’s available balance. You can then leave one genuine rating and review for that completed order.

A brief worth sharing

Give your freelancer enough detail to confirm the scope before you pay.

  • The result you need and who it is for
  • Deliverables, formats and must-have requirements
  • Your preferred date and available budget
  • Reference images, videos and existing materials
