Escrow protection

Funds tied to every order

A clear explanation of how order funds are reserved, released or refunded on ProOnMe.

ProOnMe is not a bank, a regulated escrow provider or an insured financial institution. Funds are managed according to the platform's custody and payment arrangement described below.

Order funding

When you place an order, the full order amount is deducted from your available wallet balance and reserved for that order.

Reserved funds

Reserved funds cannot be withdrawn or used for other orders while the order is active.

Seller delivery

The seller submits a delivery with files or notes through the order workspace.

Buyer acceptance

When you accept a delivery, the order completes and funds, minus platform fees, are released to the seller's balance. Orders with no response may auto-complete after the review window stated in the order terms.

Revisions

You can request revisions up to the number included in the purchased package.

Dispute handling

Either party can open a dispute. Reserved funds stay locked while the ProOnMe team reviews evidence from both sides and issues a decision.

Refund eligibility

Refunds to your wallet balance may be issued for cancelled orders, undelivered work, or dispute decisions in the buyer's favor.

Platform fees

Fees are shown before you fund an order. See the Fee Schedule for current rates.
