How order funds are reserved and how disputes are decided.

Reserved funds

Order funds are reserved from the buyer's balance when the order is placed and stay locked until completion, cancellation or a dispute decision.

Disputes

Either party may open a dispute. The ProOnMe team reviews messages, deliveries and evidence, then issues a release, partial release or refund decision.
